Its aim is to improve sexual and reproductive health and rights throughout the world. ICASA is a biennial conference that alternates between Anglophone and Francophone African countries. The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for exchange of experiences and lessons learned from around the world, when responding to HIV, AIDS, and STIs.
